For over 35 years now (or over 1/3 of a century!), Chili’s® has been welcoming guests with our sizzling personality and serving up a good time, every time with incredible appetizers and entrees, thirst-quenching drinks and decadent desserts.
Along the way, we’ve fed a bunch of folks, hosted a ton of parties and had a lot of laughs.
Today, Chili’s has more than 1,500 restaurants in 33 countries around the world.
A lot has changed since our early days in Dallas, Texas, as a hamburger joint serving burgers in a basket and bowls of spicy “Texas Red Chili”.

We’re still hungry to bring you the big, bold flavors of our original down-home Southwest American-inspired brand.
So you can still enjoy the mouth-watering burgers and ice-cold margaritas that made us famous.
Or you can sink your teeth into bolder American favorites like our legendary BBQ Beef Ribs, Sizzling Fajitas and Fire-Grilled Steaks.

Of course, along with outstanding food, we’re still cooking up a whole lot of fun too.
